CHALLENGE
Internet of Things (IoT) is widely misunderstood as complex, hype and costly, failing to get the attention it deserves. Iota Communications wants to raise awareness and education for enabling IoT into private and public facilities as Smart Buildings.

APPROACH
Through data and one-on-one interviews we identified that people often feel uncomfortable when speaking about technology. Especially in the public sector. In return, leaving it to a fragmented set of roles, or just the CTO to make decisions. We created an infrastructure brand and communication strategy to align with the market collectively and in doing so, making sustainable change for the environment, community and business cases with a multitude of fragmented roles & stakeholders.
