
CHALLENGE
Think about Diabetes. What do you think of? Blood Sugar? Needles? Balancing nutrition? More than 747 million people live with Type 2 Diabetes globally yet, beyond the glucose issues there are over 20+ complex symptoms. We were asked to engage patients with awareness & education to make informed decisions.
APPROACH
We took on the complexities of diabetes to showcase the simplicity of Type 2 Diabetes through storytelling. Exploring the main levers, if you will, for controlling symptoms through nutrition, exercise, routine, and FARXIGA. The resulting story and artwork created a meaningful body of work leveraged across earned and owned media, which set diabetic patients for success. To put Type 2 Diabetes in a simple and controllable state, as intended but partially delivered in the category.
